- Parking lot striping: stall striping, full restriping, new layouts, ADA stalls and access aisles, fire lanes and red curbs, directional arrows, loading zones, curb painting, custom stencils.
- Parking lot sweeping: retail, apartment/condo, office, commercial and industrial lots; garages where equipment access permits; construction debris subject to equipment capability; seasonal leaf and storm cleanup.
- Fire lane curb painting: red fire lane curbs, FIRE LANE / NO PARKING stencil lettering, repainting faded curbs, commercial fire access markings. Lettering and colors follow the local fire authority.
- Fire hydrant painting: cleaning, loose paint and light rust removal, primer where needed, repainting private hydrants in owner- or utility-approved colors only. Plates, threads and operating parts are not painted.
- Recurring maintenance agreements: weekly, biweekly or monthly sweeping plus planned restriping, one point of contact, multi-site proposals for property managers.

## Pricing (published rates; final price confirmed in a written quote)
- Parking lot sweeping: $175/hour, 2-hour minimum, $150 dispatch fee per visit, $500 minimum invoice
- Construction sweeping: $225/hour, 2-hour minimum, $150 dispatch fee per visit, $600 minimum invoice
- Parking lot striping: 4-inch lines $1.00/linear ft, 6-inch lines $2.00/linear ft, ADA marking package $250 each, $500 minimum service charge, $150 dispatch fee per visit, $650 minimum invoice
- Fire lane curb painting: red curb $4.00/linear ft, red curb with white lettering $6.00/linear ft, additional stencil lettering $45 each
- Fire hydrant painting: standard repaint $200 each, heavy preparation or rust removal $300–$400 each, special coatings custom
- Painting minimum: $500 minimum service charge plus $150 dispatch fee ($650 minimum invoice). Striping, fire lane curbs and hydrants on one visit share one minimum.
- Total = greater of the service minimum or calculated charges, plus one dispatch fee per visit. Combined services on the same visit pay one dispatch fee.
- Custom priced: Recurring sweeping contracts, Heavy debris disposal, New fire lane layouts, Directional arrows, Special hydrant coatings, Custom stencils
